The hotel is located in a very quiet village in stunning Connemara, with beautiful scenery and rugged beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, freshly decorated, with new carpets, ideal for a quick overnight stay. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, especially in regard to our 18-month-old son. However, the dinner portions could be bigger for both adults and children.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, but they were quite small and showed signs of being old. The service was friendly and I received excellent assistance from the staff at reception and in the restaurant and bar. The location of the hotel was fantastic for exploring the beautiful Connemara area, although it seemed like a paradise that may soon be lost. The dining options were satisfactory, but the distance to entertainment spots was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
